If the error message [This device can perform faster] appears after you insert the USB 3.0-compatible MicroVault™ storage device into a USB 3.0-compatible port on your computer, the storage device may not be fully inserted into the USB port.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Remove the storage device from the USB port.
- If the USB storage device has a retractable USB connector, make sure the connector is fully extended.
- Gently reinsert the USB storage device into the USB port with moderate force.
