How to delete the Bluetooth device information of your playback device

Android (smartphone, tablet)

  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings - Device connection - Bluetooth.
    The list of Bluetooth devices is displayed.
  2. If the Bluetooth function is set to Off, turn it On.
  3. Tap the  (setting) of the device you want to unpair.
  4. When the next menu is displayed, tap FORGET.

iOS (iPhone, iPad)

  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings
  2. Tap Bluetooth to display the Bluetooth settings menu.
  3. If the Bluetooth function is set to Off, turn it On.
    The list of Bluetooth devices is displayed. 
  4. Tap the device you want to unpair.
  5. Tap Forget This Device

Windows 10

  1. From the Start Menu, click  (settings) - Devices Add Bluetooth or other device to display the Bluetooth menu.
  2. If the Bluetooth function is set to Off, turn it On
    The list of Bluetooth devices is displayed.
  3. Click the device you want to unpair.
  4. Click Remove device.

Windows 8/7

  1. Click Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Devices and Printers.
    The list of Bluetooth devices is displayed.
  2. Right click on the device you want to unpair, and then click Remove device.

Mac

  1. From the  menu, click System Preferences - Bluetooth to display the Bluetooth settings menu.
  2. If the Bluetooth function is set to Off, turn it On.
    The list of Bluetooth devices is displayed.
  3. Click the product you want to unpair, and then click  (remove) displayed to the right.
