The audio cuts out during Bluetooth audio streaming.

    When a wireless device or an access point is nearby or when multiple devices have Bluetooth® connections, signal interference may cause the audio to cut in and out. To avoid signal interference, check the following:

    • Try turning off nearby wireless devices
    • In cases where it not possible to turn off other wireless devices while connected through LDAC™, try changing the sound quality setting of the connected device
