I can't update the INZONE gaming headphones

    Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Confirm that the computer has an appropriate operating system.
      Hint: For details about supported operating systems, refer to the INZONE Hub software download page.
    2. Close all other apps except the INZONE Hub software, then try the update again.
    3. Restart the computer.
    4. Reset the gaming headphones:
      1. Connect the headphones to an AC outlet.
      2. Simultaneously press and hold the (Power) button and (Bluetooth) button for about 8 seconds or more.
    5. Initialise the gaming headphones:
      1. Disconnect the USB Type-C cable and turn off the headphones.
      2. Simultaneously press and hold the (Power) button and (Bluetooth) button for about 10 seconds or more.
    6. Create a new user account on Windows, sign in using that account, and then try the update again.
      Note: Use an administrator account when creating a new account and updating the INZONE Hub software.
