This error message may occur on iOS devices (running iOS6 or later) if the access to the Photo app has been restricted. Normally it is caused because the Don't Allow option was chosen during the setup of PlayMemories Mobile and is preventing the pictures from being copied.
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
- On your mobile device, go into the Settings options.
- Select Privacy.
- Select Photos.
- Set PlayMemories to ON.
After making the changes above, the error message should be resolved and you can now copy your images.
