My SmartBand 2 (SWR12) doesn't connect to an Xperia device

    The SmartBand 2 (SWR12) may have connection issues if the host application for the SmartBand (SWR10) or any other downloaded application that uses the Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) profile is installed on your Android™ device. You must uninstall all downloaded applications that use Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) connections.

    Android™ 8.0

    To delete an installed application

    1. Find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > App info.
    2. Select the application that you want to delete.
    3. Tap UNINSTALL.

    Note! Some pre-installed applications can't be deleted.

    Android™ 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 7.0, 7.1 or 7.1.1

    To delete an installed application

    1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
    2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
    3. Select the application that you want to delete.
    4. Tap UNINSTALL.
