Cannot connect the camera to a mobile device via a connection using the camera as an access point.
Verify and make adjustments as necessary according to each of the following steps, and then try the connection again.
- 1. Disconnect any devices that are connected to the camera
- 2. Restart the mobile device
- 3. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Camera)
- 4. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Mobile Device)
- 5. Set VPN to off
- 6. Reset the SSID
- 7. Uninstall/reinstall app
- 8. Reset the network settings
