I cannot access the IPTV app and I get error 22 after the Refresh Internet Content suddenly starts

The services listed in All Apps disappear and cannot perform a software update with an error.

    If you're experiencing this issue, try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Perform both an Initialize Personal Information and Refresh Internet Content procedure

    1. Perform an Initialize Personal Information procedure to clear the cached data files:
      1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button, and then select Settings.
      2. Select Customer Support.
      3. Select Initialize Personal Information.
         
    2. Perform a Refresh Internet Content procedure:
      1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button, and then select Settings.
      2. Select System Settings.
      3. Select Set-up.
      4. Select Network.
      5. Select Refresh Internet Content.

    If this doesn't resolve the issue, please perform a Factory reset
     

    2. How to return the TV to Factory Settings

    Before you start:

    • This procedure will return all settings to the default factory values. After completing this process, the initial set-up screen will be displayed.
    • Be sure not to turn the TV off during this process (it takes about 30 seconds), or press any buttons.
    1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button, and then select Settings.
    2. Select Customer Support.
    3. Select Factory Settings.
       

    3. Launch YouTube™ or Maxdome service

    Once all the steps above are done, launch the YouTube or Maxdome service and follow the instructions to perform a software update.
