The device charges slowly or not at all when using a wireless charger
Occassionaly, you may find that your wireless charger isn't charging your device. This is often caused by interference or the positioning of the phone. Try the following troubleshooting steps in this order and see if your device starts to charge once again.
- Check if the charger is plugged in.
- Place your phone flat on the charger. Align the center of the phone with the center of the wireless charging device.
- Try removing the cover from your device when using a wireless charger. Some covers can interfere with the wireless charging speed or function.
