1. How does this cashback work?
If you buy selected products between 24th November 2017 and 24th December 2017 (inclusive) you can participate to receive a cashback. To enter, just register online (customers in the UK / customers in the Republic of Ireland), and accept the cashback promotion's terms and conditions. If all the data you entered is validated you'll need to send us a copy of your valid proof of purchase to claim the promotion, so please keep it somewhere safe.

NOTE: The Cashback promotion is only available for selected products.  

2. How long does the promotion last?
You can enter our website from 24th December 2017 to 31st January 2018 for selected products bought between 24th November 2017 and 24th December 2017 (inclusive). Claims made after this date will not be accepted. Claims must be submitted after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the relevant Product. Claims submitted before the relevant date will be rejected."

5. How can I enter the promotion?
To enter the promotion:
•     Buy one of the selected products between 24th November 2017 and 24th December 2017 (inclusive)
•     Complete the claim form on the website www.sony.co.uk/a1cashback (for UK customers) or on www.sony.ie/a1cashback (for customers in the Republic of Ireland) by midnight on 31st January 2018
•     Make sure you have entered the correct serial number
•     Enter your bank details
•     Upload a valid proof of purchase, as well as a picture of the serial number listed on the product (see where to find your model name and serial number)
•     Accept the terms and conditions

6. Where do I enter the promotion?

7. What happens once I get confirmation that I'll receive the cashback?
We check and confirm your proof of purchase, then order our bank to make the payment. This takes a maximum of 28 days once all criteria has been fulfilled; where we are unable to meet this deadline then we will do so as quickly as possible thereafter.

8. Why do I need to submit my proof of purchase?
We need a proof of purchase to check that your entry meets the terms and conditions of the promotion.

9. Why do I need to submit my model name and serial number?
This cuts down the paperwork for you, as we can look up the serial number to check your eligibility for the promotion. See where to find your model name and serial number.

10. I've filled in the date from my proof of purchase but the website says I am not eligible to participate
This promotion only includes selected models bought between 24th November 2017 and 24th December 2017. Please check that the date of your purchase and your model both meet the terms and conditions of the cashback.

11. The website says that my serial number is not recognised
Check that you entered the serial number correctly. If you're certain that you typed it correctly, your model may not be included in this promotion.

12. I got the message that my claim is incomplete. What should I do now?
Please send us the information requested in the message as soon as possible so we can confirm your participation in the promotion. If you don't reply within 10 days, we can't guarantee that you will receive your cashback.

13. I bought my product in the UK or in Ireland but I live in a different country.  Can I still participate in the cashback promotion?
No. Only customers living in UK or Republic of Ireland are eligible to participate in this promotion.

14. How long will it be until I receive my cashback?
If your claim meets the terms and conditions of the promotion, please allow 28 days for receipt of your Cashback once all criteria has been fulfilled; where we are unable to meet this deadline then we will do so as quickly as possible thereafter.

15. I have sent my proof of purchase and other documents by post to the address that was written on a paper that my dealer gave me.  I have not heard anything about my cashback yet in the meantime.
Unfortunately your claim will not be valid until you have first participated on the website where you can upload your proof of purchase or if you have sent your proof of purchase to us by replying to the confirmation e-mail you received with your participation code. Claims sent by post are not valid.

16. I sent one claim for 3 products, but only got cashback for one product. What happened?
Each claim should be made separately on our website and at the end of each successful claim you will find the button 'Claim another product' which is how you can claim a second product.
