Firmware update: Spotify playback arrival

Mid-June, Sony will release a firmware update for Sound Bars, Home Theater Systems and Multi-channel Amplifiers. This firmware will improve the system stability on these products and introduce the Spotify playback function. This new built-in Chromecast feature will introduce tons of new music that you can enjoy via your Sony audio product.
Photo playback function left out
In order to safeguard the new Spotify function, and improve all-round system stability, the Photo Playback function had to be discarded.
It won't be included in the menu after installing the firmware update.
Alternative photo viewing options
Don't worry, there are still many alternative ways to view your most precious and exciting photos on your television:
- Mobile phone screen mirroring feature
- Connecting a USB Device (Memory stick, HDD, Android Phone) directly to the TV
- Connecting a laptop with an HDMI cable to your TV
