Samples found in the Music app or Album apps are not displayed

If samples are not displayed, perform the following steps then check the Music app or Album app again:

  1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Apps in the TV category.
  4. Select System app or Running apps.
  5. Select Demo Mode.
  6. Select Clear data.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Press the power button on the remote to power off.
  9. Unplug and plug in the TV power cord (mains lead).
  10. Press the power button on the remote to power on.
