Make sure that your smartphone or tablet in which Blu-ray Disc Player and SongPal have been installed is connected to the same network. Also, make sure the version of Blu-ray Disc Player is M33.R.0300 or later.
To check the software version of Blu-ray Disc player, follow the steps below:
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Setup.
- Select System Settings.
- Select System Information.
