Update regarding the Netflix issue on Sony’s Android TVs (2015 and 2016 models) – 27th April 2016

Following on from the previous Netflix announcement on the 12th April 2016, we are pleased to announce that the issue with the Netflix application has been resolved by Netflix.

We thank you for your patience and apologise for the inconvenience caused.


We're aware that the Netflix application is not working as intended on certain 2015/2016 models and are currently investigating the root cause of the issue.

Error message: "Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in [...] seconds. Code: ui-800-3 (%MSL_INTERNAL_CODE%)"
