Add to My Apps is not displayed, so I cannot add an application to My Apps.

    When I press the Option button on the All Apps screen, Add to My Apps does not appear.

    The following are two possible causes.

    • The app already exists in the My Apps area of Home screen.
    • The My Apps area of Home screen is full.

      NOTE: The number of items that can be registered to the My Apps area is as follows.
      • Standalone Mode: 5
      • Network Mode: 10
