What to do when an error appears while using Netflix?

    Try the following on your Internet video device.

    • Wait for a moment, then launch Netflix again
    • Unplug the power cord (mains lead), then plug it back in
    • Clear the application data
       Example settings sequence (for Android TV):

    • Perform a software update
    • Uninstall the Netflix application, then reinstall it
    • Perform a Factory Reset
