The TV cannot connect to the network even when the network settings are properly set
If the Android TV cannot connect to the network even when the Network settings are properly set, follow the steps below.
If connecting by Wired LAN
- Change the Built-in Wi-Fi setting to Off.
- On the supplied IR remote control, press the HOME button.
- Under the Settings category, select Settings.
- Under the Network & Accessories category, select Network.
- Select Advanced settings.
- Select Built-in Wi-Fi.
- Select Off.
- Try connecting to the network again.
If connecting by Wi-Fi
- Unplug the power cord.
- Plug the power cord back in.
- Try connecting to the network again.
