The Netflix application suddenly closes when launched on Sony's Android TV

    If the Netflix application suddenly closes after being launched, please try the following steps below:

    1. Delete the application data for Netflix.
      • Press the HOME button on the remote.    
      • Select Settings.   
      • Select Apps in the TV category.   
      • Select System app.
      • Select Netflix.
      • Select Clear data.
      • Select OK.
    2. After deleting the data for the Netflix application, try signing in again.
    NOTE: If the issue persists even after trying the above, the problem may be coming from Netflix directly.
