There may be a problem with the network connection.
Try the following steps:
- When using a wired network connection, check the LAN cable to make sure it is securely connected to the LAN port on the AV receiver and to the router.
- Make sure the AV receiver has its own IP address in the network settings.
NOTE: If you use a proxy server, enter the IP address of the proxy server instead of the proxy host name in the proxy server input field. For details, consult your Internet service provider.
- Follow the Update via Internet instructions again.
