The Home Screen's icons appear in grey after updating the service list.

    If icons are not showing or showing as grey icons, the Blu-ray disc player may not be retrieving the icon data from the server correctly. Data retrieval depends on your network connection.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1. If data retrieval by WiFi connection has failed, please retry using a wired network connection, with a LAN Ethernet cable.
    2. Refresh your Home Screen as follows:
      1. Press the OPTIONS button on your Remote controller.
      2. Choose Update service list.
