Which Sony smartphones can be used and charged on the hold of this car stereo receiver?

    Your can use the XSP-N1BT cradle of your receiver to hold a Sony Xperia smartphone. Additionally, a Sony Xperia smartphone with a magnetic
    charging connector can be charged by placing it on the unit.

    Note: Compatible smartphone dimensions, including a smartphone case are:

    • Width: 150.7 mm (6 in) maximum
    • Height: 59 mm (2 and 3/8 in) to 77 mm (3 and 1/8 in)

    What if magnetic charging is possible, but not working?


    A Sony Xperia smartphone with a magnetic charging connector - if mentioned in the table as chargeable - can be charged by placing it on the unit.

    If the charging indicator on the smartphone lights up, charging has started.

    If the indicator does not light up, remove the case and try charging again.
