The registration code for the Sony Essentials website does not appear in the menu

    A code will not appear if the product was previously registered. To resolve this issue, unregister the product by following the steps below:

    1. Turn on the TV.
    2. Using the supplied TV remote control, press the HOME button.
    3. Scroll to the Network menu.
    4. From the Network menu or the BRAVIA Internet Video menu, select Unregister.
    5. Press the Select button.

      NOTE: After deregistering the product from the Sony Essentials, you may follow the steps above and select Activate Enhance Feature to register the product.
