TV Registration Campaign – Terms and Conditions

Register your new 2023 Sony TV (please refer to the list of eligible models in section 11), for a chance to win a pair of our new award-winning WF-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones.To enter this promotion, customers will need to register their Sony TV either via initial set-up or via the My BRAVIA app on the TV itself.    

1) The promoter of the TV Registration Campaign (the “Promotion”) is Sony Europe B.V., based at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XW (“Sony”).    

2) All customers registering their television through the device itself will automatically enter this draw. The registration can be made during the initial set-up of the television or can be made later using the My BRAVIA application on the TV. Customers who register their TV through the My Sony website or who have already registered through the My Sony website will not be eligible for the prize draw.    

3) Duration of the promotion period is from 11th September 2023 to 31st October 2023 for the United Kingdom, France, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.

4) To enter the two monthly prize draw, customers must register their 2023 Sony television by midnight on the last day of each month (e.g., the September prize draw entry deadline is midnight on the 30th of September 2023).

5) The monthly prize draw will take place on the first Friday of the following month (e.g., the September prize draw will take place on the 6th of October 2023). Winners will be notified by email in the second week of the following month (e.g., the September prize draw winners will be notified in the second week of October).

6) In order for the prize to be delivered, winners will be asked via email to provide their full name, full postal address including post/zip code, country, and contact telephone number in the form provided. Winners will have one week to provide these details. Customers who do not provide their address within one week will not be eligible to receive the prize. No proof of purchase is required.

7) Total number of WF-1000XM5 will be 100pcs during the campaign period. 50pcs are available for each month.

8) This promotion is a consumer campaign and is available only for the original consumer who bought the product. Claims from companies, organisations and institutions, and claims from resellers are excluded from this offer. You must be aged 18 or over to make a claim under the Promotion.

9) Personal information that you supply will be processed by Sony Europe B.V. and its third-party service provider for the purposes of administering this promotion.
