BY DOWNLOADING AN RSS FEED (THE "SERVICE") FROM SONY.CO.UK, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE SERVICE. IF THESE TERMS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.

Sony United Kingdom Ltd as well as its controlled, controlling or commonly controlled parents, subsidiaries and/ or affiliates (collectively, “SONY”) may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the Sony website. Your continued use of the Service following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on Sony website will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

The use of the Service is also subject to the Terms and conditions of Website Use, which governs the use of Sony's websites, information services and content. These Terms of Use and the Terms and conditions of Website Use, may be changed by Sony at any time without notice.

1. GRANT. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and, unless otherwise consented to by SONY, SONY hereby grants to you, during the Term, a revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to display on your website (“Site”) the headlines, active links, or other source identifiers, and other information or materials, including any promotional taglines that you specifically select to receive from SONY (collectively, the “Content”) through the Service provided that you do not alter, edit, or delete any of the Service. SONY may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to any aspect or all of the Service at any time without liability. SONY reserves the right to modify the Service at any time within SONY’s absolute and sole discretion.



2. USE OF RSS FEEDS. RSS is a free service offered by Sony for non-commercial use. Any other usage, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by Sony, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by Sony.

3. LINK TO CONTENT PAGES. The RSS service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article on the Sony Site. You may not display the RSS content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable Sony Site web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the RSS link and the applicable Sony Site.



4. OWNERSHIP. Sony retains all ownership and other right to the RSS content, and any and all Sony logos and trademarks used in connection with the Service. The RSS content is provided on an “as is basis”.



5. RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE FEEDS. Sony reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the Services at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the Services for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. Sony assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the Services or for your use of the Services in connection with your website.
