Terms & Conditions

1. Customers purchasing a selected Reader Pocket Edition™ product at participating stores between 15th February and 14th March 2010 inclusive may claim one free leather case & up to 10 free titles. All purchases and mailing addresses must be within the UK & Ireland.

2. Products included in this promotion are: PRS300/S.CEW & PRS300/R.CEW.

3. Choice of leather case is subject to availability.

4. The 10 free titles available are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Only 1 claim per person, per household will be accepted.

6. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, including but not limited to, Reader gift bundles.

7. To claim your free leather case and eBook voucher please send your completed claim form, clearly stating which leather case you have selected, together with your original sales receipt and European Guarantee Information document to: Reader Leather Case Promotion, PO Box 100, Diss, Norfolk, IP98 1SY.

8. All claim forms should be received no later than 15th April 2010. No claim forms will be accepted after this date. (If the purchase was via a credit agreement, please supply a copy of the agreement as well as the sales receipt.)

9. The offer is not available on product which has not been supplied and distributed by Sony United Kingdom Limited within the UK and Republic of Ireland. Please check with your dealer to ensure your product is eligible before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

10. Your original sales receipt and European Guarantee Information Document will be returned to you with your case and eBook voucher.

12. Only original claim forms will be accepted. We suggest you make copies of all documents before posting them and send claims via signed-for post.

13. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for claim forms lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

14. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

15. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your leather case and eBook voucher. Should this not arrive, or if there is a problem with your leather case or eBook voucher on receipt please call the hotline on: 01379 649499 within 28 days otherwise the goods will be deemed accepted as delivered.

16. There is no cash or credit alternative to this offer.

17. The promotional eBook voucher is required in order to claim the free downloads and should be redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions as detailed on www.everyonesreading.com/sony

18. The promotional eBook voucher will be delivered along with the leather case.

19. The eBook voucher is valid only for 10 downloads of eBook titles available from www.everyonesreading.com/sony and is valid until 15/05/2010.

20. Employees of Sony United Kingdom Limited, their agents, their family and anyone connected are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
