Frame moving subjects so that there is plenty of space around them. Avoid zooming in too close, as this will exaggerate any shaking in your camerawork.

Try to keep your subject in the same position in the frame, otherwise it will appear to move around in the shot.

When panning, use a tripod for best results — but don’t be afraid to take the camcorder off the tripod to get a range of interesting shots.
