Dual Anti-Dust System

Every Sony DSLR camera features a special dual anti-dust system. When the camera is switched off, the CCD or CMOS sensor vibrates momentarily, dislodging dust particles that may have settled while you’re exchanging lenses. In addition, the sensor itself is coated with a protective anti-static layer to discourage the built-up of dust.
