The new HX5V has built-in Optical Steady Shot Active Mode so you can get blur free results and dramatically reduced camera shake (even while you’re moving), by up to 10x compared to conventional image stabilisers.

Automatic location tagging

With built-in GPS on your HX5V your photos are automatically geotagged with the location at which they were shot. Get back to your PC and you can see exactly where your photos were shot and in which direction.

With a faster shutter speed than many professional DSLR cameras, Burst Mode on your HX5V is a great way to capture the details of moving action. Simply press the shutter button and capture up to an incredible 10 frames per second, perfect if you want to analyse that golf swing.
