DYNAX 7 (2000)
Designed for photo-hobbyists, this model targeted users who wanted to own the "DYNAX of DYNAXs." It featured a large dot-matrix LCD on the back, dubbed the navigation Display, on which a user could access operation instructions, rather than having to refer to the operation manual. It used the same full viewfinder screen as found on the DYNAX 9 and its design struck a good balance between innovation, operability, functionality and mobility.
It also enabled the user to record shooting data in the camera's memory and copy it onto a SmartMedia card via the optional Data Saver DS-100. The stored data could also be edited and printed with the help of a personal computer.
