dvd driver become uninstall

Hi there, i am using a vaio laptop (model: VPCEB3J0E/W1). somehow my dvd driver has become uninstalled. i couldn't find the dvd drive in the computer page. when i insert a cd/dvd, it makes the sound of run.but after few moment it stops and nothing comes into the screen. i have tried the troubleshooter, it shows that the dvd driver software is missing. i don't know how it has happened? can anybody tell me, where can i get the software or how can i reinstall it? please help me

    The DVD uses native Windows drivers so it is likely that something is preventing the driver from automatically installing.

     

    Please go to Device Manager -> DVD/CD-ROM Drives and see if there is a yellow warning ! against your drive.  If yes, please double-click on the drive and tell us the Error Code shown.

     

    Depending on the Error Code, there may be an easy fix.

    Unfortunately I have no solution but a semilar problem.

    I have error code 19.

    Would be nice with an easy fix instead of restoring.

     

    My model: CPCF12M1E. DVD/BR drive. make/firmware? TSSTcomp DVDWBD TS-LB23A.

    Have tried to install firmware but wouldn`t detect the drive.
