Youtube HD videos not working

I've got a 32ex723. WHenever I try to run a HD video on youtube it just does not work. I've read a press release about an update that would allwo Youtube HD support

but after installing the latest update on the tv, youtube HD is still not working!

 

Anyone any ideas?

    Youtube needs flash in order for you to view the videos. Make sure flash is installed here.

    Um, I don't know the answer to the original problem, but the above is not right. We are talking about a Sony TV here, not a computer. You cannot install Flash on these TVs and YouTube does work on them without Flash installed. Hopefully someone will be able to help with the specific issue soon.
