    Hi  dougiefans901,

    welcome to Questions & Answers..

    Is the battery fully charged.?

Doesn't sound normal but for your own peace of mind I would suggest returning to the retailer & comparing your T1 with the one on display..

Yes, the "flikkers" sounds odd - not a normal tired battery symptom. Excellent advice from Thalamus  - sling it back ......

Hi, I accidentally left my phone on my 350 and it damaged the screen so thought would upgrade to prs t1, only to find I cannot download any of my books from adobe additions reader library, not only that but also have the same problem with severe flickering not just the so called normal "black page" when moving onto a different page, especially when accessing the Internet sites, also with my old 350 when downloading ePub from any site the book would go directly into the library and just had to sync to my old reader, which cannot seem to do with new reader? so feeling little let down at present which is a shame as loved my old reader, any idea's as to what may be doing wrong or alas this will be going back....thx

I usually bring my device back to the retailer or wherever I bought it in case I get such problem and as long as I have just bought it even a month ago. As long as you have the warranty with you, that is acceptable.
