Bluetooth Problem (Vaio)

Hi!!

 

I have a problem with the bluetooth of my Vaio (VPCF12E1E/H). I can't connect the laptop with my phone and can't send anything from or to my phone! It can't allow any connection with any device! (as you can see from the attached picture).

 

Can anybody help me??

    I have Sony laptop, but I am in trouble as its Bluetooth functionality not working. Earlier I was using it properly but now it is not discovering new device.

     

     

     

    Help me please!!
