Sony Bravia KDL 40U2000

When switching the power button on, there is no picture, just the black screen and the red LCD light blinks four times, pauses, blinks four times etc. What does the 4 blinking code mean. It isnt in the troubleshooting section of the instruction manual. Is it a fixable problem ?

    Hi Dave,

     

    Did you manage to get the tv fixed?

    As I have the same panel with different problems.

    Hi,

     

    the problem will require the services of a Sony technician to put this right, so you will need to contact your local Sony Authorised Repair Centre for this.
