Cant update basic user guide !!

I have just purchased two VAIO VPCEH3B1E  and in both cases I can only access the basic user guide. instructions say it will automatically update when i open Internet connection then close basic guide window.  well it does not and I am completely frustrated with process , can anyone tell me how to get the full user guide on my laptop , thanks

    Try down loading the manual from the following link. If this is not the full user guide then let us know.
