Hi, I have Sony Vaio VPCEH1L0E laptop with Intel HD 3000 graphics. Can I upgrade it to NIVIDIA GeForce 1GB graphics card? If yes, what is the procedure?

Unfortunately as the graphics chip is soldered to the mother board it's not possibly to upgrade..
