I have just bought a walkman NWZ-B173. When I try to sync my music onto it from windows media palyer, every track comes up with an error. There is a red cross in front of each track, and there is a message after each track saying "cannot find certificate".

Please can anyone tell me where I am going wrong as I am really struggling.
