Just bought a new laptop (Sony VAIO VPCF23N) from Sainsburys, and noticed that the Esc key presses quite hard, it's like the hole is to small, when I press it, it does a squitchy noise, and it is a bit hard to press
As this is new take it back to Sainsbury’s and ask for either a replacement or a refund. Do not be fobbed of by them telling you it will need to be returned to Sony – it is their responsibility under the Sale of Goods Act...
