Hi, You can't upgrade the TV as such, but you can buy a Freeview HD receiver box to plug into the TVs HDMI slot.

If you just want to receive Freeview HD, you can get a box for about £30/40. If you want to record the HD channels, you will be looking at a lot more but it can be worth it.

There is also Sky and Virgin Cable if you want to pay for a lot more channels. BT Vision does not currently support Freeview HD but 'should' do this year some time.
