Hi, I hope someone can help me, I have a Sony desktop PCV123. The manual does not explain how to replace the battery on this model. Has anyone experience of doing this, and is there a part number for it ?
Do you mean PCV-RS123? If so I assume you are referring to the CMOS battery.
If this is the case it will be on the motherboard and will usually be a lithium battery of approx. 15 to 20mm diameter. If in doubt consult a competent computer technician.
