I have my STR-DH820 connected with all HDMI cables. When I use my BDP-S580 Blu-ray player with a CD, I cannot get any sound via the receiver unles the TV is turned on. The TV is a KDL-40T3500. Control for HDMI is set to ON, Pass Through set to ON, Audio Out set to TV+AMP. What am I doing wrong?
