Sony bullet cam

Can I connect a Sony Bullet Cam to my Sony HDR-CX190E, AND IF SO HOW.

    Hi Panman, welcome to the Sony Forums

     

    Unfortunately your camera doesn't have an a/v input port to connet the bullet cam to.

     

    It used to be a quite common feature on consumer camcorders but since the advent of HD (which wouldn't be compatible with the bullet cam input anyway) the facility seems to be missing on all but the most expensive models.

    Thanks for the advice, but still unsure as my Handycam has an a/v socket of the same kind as the bullet cam.  But not sure if it is an in/out or just an outlet, as it does not say either way in the manual.

    The CX190e has no input jacks of any kind, according to the tech spec: http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/HDR-CX190E/specifications
