sony sdm-n50 monitor

Hey guys

newbie here ive just been given one of these monitors when i plug it in it lights up ok but thats it  as its got its own media engine do i need a driver for it?

    Hi George. Usually, you don't need a driver for that since Windows will automatically recognize it and use a generic display driver.

     

    But if you want optimum performance, you can install the specific driver itself. Take a look at Device Manager and yiou should be able to see that all drivers are working fine. https://imagicon.info/cat/12-13/vmware_happy.gif
