Bravia KDL-40NX713

I have followed instructions to set up a wireless internet connection on the tv.

I get the following.........................

Wireless Connection    OK

Local Access    Failed

Internet Access    Failed

I have tried some basic troubleshooting such as restarting my wireless router to no avail.

Does anyone know what I need to do to get a wireless internet connection working.

Thanks

Unfortunately have exactly the same problem. Rebooting everything hasn't helped. Nor has disabling the firewall.

Did you resolve your issue? Any help appreciated.

People, if you have your SSID hidden, then unhide it. This seems to fix the issue. However, it is a security concern which Sony needs to resolve in the next firmware.

Looks like Sony has fixed the bug with hidden SSID. My 22EX320 now connects to my router even when SSID broadcast is switched off. This firmware was released 3 day ago for 22EX320.

I don't know about your Model but on the 22EX320, one of the coloured buttons (maybe blue but I can't remember for sure) switches between uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters.
