I bought a Vaio NS30Z and now refretting it due to the poor qulaity keyboard. Keys are wearing away, some keys don't work everytie and some double or treble hit......

I won't be buying another Sony product due to the very poor customer support on this issue..

Similar problems with my NS30Z. The keys are unreadable, some don't work every time and some double or triple click with one press. Contacted SOny and basically told to go away, appalling customer support.

Will be voting with my feet and not buying Sony again............

Totally agree Thea. Sony customer support on this issue is appalling and I will not be buying another Vaio because of it.....

Hi,

I have the same problem with my VGN-NS30Z. Contacted Sony in writing and told to go away with short sharp jerky movements as my PC is out of warranty. Wouldn't buy another Vaio for this reason as my old Dell's which had the same use are still looking fine.

Not impressed at all with Sony's attitiude so will vote with my feet!!

Vaio Keypad - Keys disappearing....!!

Hi,

Bought a Vaio 18 months ago and the keypad characters have started to wear away. Can't see the A, E, D, C M and N so not good. I can touch type so OK but no one else can use it and the Sony customer support have said 'get lost it's out of warranty!!'.

We have PC's galore of other makes which have had the same use and are older with no heyboard problems so we are not happy and would not buy another Sony product if we can avoid it. NOT HAPPY....!!
