Contacted Sony in writing and told to go away with short sharp jerky movements as my PC is out of warranty. Wouldn't buy another Vaio for this reason as my old Dell's which had the same use are still looking fine.

Not impressed at all with Sony's attitiude so will vote with my feet!!

Can't see the A, E, D, C M and N so not good. I can touch type so OK but no one else can use it and the Sony customer support have said 'get lost it's out of warranty!!'.

We have PC's galore of other makes which have had the same use and are older with no heyboard problems so we are not happy and would not buy another Sony product if we can avoid it. NOT HAPPY....!!
