PrimeSupport through Sony Specialist Dealers

Registering for PrimeSupport if you bought your product through a Sony Specialist Dealer.

 

If you have purchased a Sony product from a Sony Specialist Dealer and your product includes our standard PrimeSupport agreement as part of the purchase price, or you have paid for a PrimeSupport or PrimeSupport Plus agreement, then you do not need to do anything.

Your Sony Specialist Dealer will register you for your PrimeSupport (Plus) agreement and you will receive an email from us confirming your registration details.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact your Sony Specialist Dealer to check that they have completed your registration.
