PrimeSupport through contract on box

Registering for PrimeSupport if you have a PrimeSupport contract attached to your product box.

 

If you have purchased a Sony product and your product includes our standard PrimeSupport agreement attached to the product box, please follow the registration instructions included with your PrimeSupport agreement.

You will need to activate your PrimeSupport agreement online, following the simple 5-step process at primesupport.sonyextra.net. You will need your Agreement Number and Security Code, which can be found on your Agreement Registration Card included with your PrimeSupport agreement.
