PrimeSupport through contacting us direct

Registering for PrimeSupport if you do not have a PrimeSupport contract attached to your product box.

 

If you have purchased a Sony product from a supplier who is not a Sony Specialist Dealer and your product does not have a PrimeSupport agreement attached to the product box, simply contact our PrimeSupport Helpdesk by calling 00800 7898 7898 or emailing us at primesupport@eu.sony.com

We will register you and activate your PrimeSupport agreement there and then. It only takes a few minutes and you will need:

  • The name/model number of the product(s) you are registering.
  • The serial number(s) of the product(s) you are registering.
  • A copy of the invoice from the supplier you purchased your product(s) from.
  • Your contact details (email address, telephone number and postal address).
