If the Helpdesk recommends bringing your unit in for examination at one of our European repair centres, they will arrange for a courier to collect your unit and return it to you when it is repaired. Depending on your service level you may also be entitled to a loan unit, the delivery of which will be arranged by the Helpdesk. |
