Get ready for Full HD Sound

Fill your room with stunning HD sound, not speakers, with our latest BRAVIA Theatre Surround Sound system .

The HD package

All in one

If you already have a DVD, HDD or Blu-ray Disc player™ and want to upgrade it to include 5.1 channel Surround Sound, our tiny aluminium speakers no larger than a golf ball, are the answer.

That’s what the HT-IS100, our latest BRAVIA Theatre system, can do – and so much more.

The speakers might be small, but they pack a huge 450W of pure audio bliss. So as well as 1080p picture quality, you can now experience HD Surround Sound too.

HD sound

Just what is HD sound?

It’s uncompressed audio; the same as you’d find on a studio master. This format needs a lot of disk space which wasn’t available with DVD. Blu-ray Disc™ has changed all of this. With five times as much storage capacity you get studio quality HD sound with no loss in the transfer – just as the film director intended.

Our HT-IS100 BRAVIA Theatre 5.1 amplifier and speaker kit really brings this sound to life. It also comes with Digital Auto Calibration for acoustics, automatically adjusted to your room, and DIGITAL MEDIA PORT to play MP3 music via mobile phone, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®.

Experience HD

As well as stunning sound, the HT-IS100 transfers 1080p picture performance for the richest resolution and smoothest lifelike motion, if connected to a player which can deliver.

The system is also S-AIR Ready. This means you can go wire free from the main unit, and fine tune your home for multi-room listening just by adding a transmitter.

HDMI™ connectivity means you can connect up to a whole range of HD sources all with one cable. The HT-IS100 has great connectivity options with 3 HDMI™ and 3 optical digital inputs.

So whether you’re watching an old time black and white classic, or the latest big screen blockbuster, the HT-IS100 is a BRAVIA Theatre system that’s serious about superb sound from a tiny package.
